Publishing PGP keys is a pain. There are many disjoint keyservers, three or four networks of which, which do (or don't) share information with each other. Some are corporate, some are private. And it's a crapshoot as to whose key is going to be on which, or worse, which will have the latest copy of a person's key.
For a long time, GPG has had a way to publish keys in DNS, but it hasn't been well documented. This document hopes to change that.
The KiCad software tool come with an additional component library package and a documentation package. Once you install all three packages you are set with a full fledged software tool for PCB design. Any necessary PDF documentation will be then available from the Help menu of each KiCad application (Eeschema, Cvpcb, etc.). The same documentation is available here too.
KiCad is an EDA software suite for the creation of professional schematics and printed circuit boards up to 32 copper layers with additional technical layers. KiCad runs on Windows, Linux and Apple OS X and is released under the open-source GNU GPL v2 free of charge.
If you like KiCad or are making a good living using KiCad in your toolset, you should consider donating funds used for development. CERN has put up a place to collect donations which will be used directly to support a developer.

-- Sebastian Heiser

At GitHub, we're building the text editor we've always wanted. A tool you can customize to do anything, but also use productively on the first day without ever touching a config file. Atom is modern, approachable, and hackable to the core. We can't wait to see what you build with it.
Atom is a desktop application based on web technologies. Like other desktop apps, it has its own icon in the dock, native menus and dialogs, and full access to the file system.
Open the dev tools, however, and Atom's web-based core shines through. Whether you're tweaking the look of Atom's interface with CSS or adding major features with HTML and JavaScript, it's never been easier to take control of your editor.
VLANd is a simple (hah!) python program intended to make it easy to manage port-based VLAN setups across multiple switches in a network. It is designed to be vendor-agnostic, with a clean pluggable driver API to allow for a wide range of different switches to be controlled together.
Michael DeHaan started the Ansible project because he realized that past attempts to automate IT had only moved complexity into other areas. Instead of making the lives of developers and sysadmins easier, we were now managing the management systems with a messy combination of custom code, heavyweight agents and point solutions. And none of these tools were built for the cloud. There had to be a simpler way.
In PART 2, we are going to look at how to write simple playbooks, specifically we will learn about: Tasks, Handlers, Roles, Templates and Variables
For this scenario, the playbook that we are going to create will simply install and configure Apache web server (httpd) on the remote host. The main purpose of this tutorial however is to learn how to write playbooks effectively and correctly. So without further adieu, lets get started!
Ansible is a really powerful and useful tool when it comes to automating IT infrastructure. It is an easy to use configuration management system that can be used to automate and organize your system configuration tasks for a large network of computers.
[Eric T] wrote up his insanely-comprehensive home automation setup. What started out as a method to notify him when his dog barked grew into a whole-house, Arduino-powered sensor extravaganza. We’ve previously looked at two different steps from this mammoth article. One automated his dog, the other focused on the Wink hub to bridge with commercial hardware like smart lightbulbs. Now let’s look at the project as a whole.
