I needed a SV and there were piles of parts ready to be assembled.
Before tmux, I spent most of my time working in graphical editors and interfaces, and found working in the terminal difficult to do.
After moving to tmux and learning how to configure it to suit my needs, I now spend nearly all my time whilst writing code in tmux.
In this video, I share the configuration that I’ve developed over the years to improve my own productivity, and why you may want to consider using tmux yourself.
Rich Hickey, the author of Clojure and designer of Datomic, is a software developer with over 30 years of experience in various domains. Rich has worked on scheduling systems, broadcast automation, audio analysis and fingerprinting, database design, yield management, exit poll systems, and machine listening, in a variety of languages.
This keynote was given at Strange Loop 2011, and is perhaps the best known and most highly regarded of Rich's many excellent talks, ushering in a new way to think about the problems of software design and the constant fight against complexity.
The video was recorded at Strange Loop in partnership with InfoQ, who have hosted it on their site since 2011. This version (released 10 years later) is a new edit made from the original HD video and slides, restoring the slide transitions and animations as it was given in 2011.

Current status: Not recommended for general use (mechanical and electrical revisions may be needed depending on motor/electronics availability)
In this video I will show you how Field Oriented Control (FOC) works and what advantages it offers in comparison to traditional ESCs. Along the way I will also present the TMC-4671 IC from Trinamics which features hardware that offers the FOC functionality for motors.
