Features
Extensible
- API is first-class: discoverable, versioned, documented.
- MessagePack structured communication enables extensions in any language.
- Remote plugins run as co-processes, safely and asynchronously.
- GUIs, IDEs, web browsers can --embed Neovim as an editor or script host.
- Lua plugins are easy to create just like Vimscript plugins. Your config can live in init.lua!
- AST-producing parsing engine enables faster, more accurate syntax highlighting, code navigation, refactoring, text objects, and motions.
Usable
- Strong defaults including a unique, minimalist colorscheme.
- Builtin LSP client for semantic code inspection and refactoring (go-to definition, "find references", format, …).
- Client-server architecture allows you to detach the UI and keep the editor session running (like tmux). Attach multiple UIs to any Nvim session.
- Works the same everywhere: one build-type, one command.
- Modern terminal features such as cursor styling, focus events, bracketed paste.
- Builtin :terminal set the standard for "TTY as a basic component".
Drop-in Vim
- Fully compatible with Vim's editing model and Vimscript v1.
- Start with :help nvim-from-vim if you already use Vim. If not, try :Tutor.

The keymgr utility serves for manual key management in Knot DNS server.
Functions for DNSSEC keys and KASP (Key And Signature Policy) management are provided.
The DNSSEC and KASP configuration is stored in a so called KASP database. The database is backed by LMDB.

This utility sends Dynamic DNS update messages to a DNS server. Update content is read from a file (if the parameter filename is given) or from the standard input.
The format of updates is textual and is made up of commands. Every command is placed on the separate line of the input. Lines starting with a semicolon are comments and are not processed.

This program controls a running knotd process using a socket.
If an action is specified, it is performed and knotc exits, otherwise the program is executed in the interactive mode.

Knot DNS is a high-performance open-source DNS server. It implements only the authoritative domain name service. Knot DNS can reliably serve TLD domains as well as any other zones.
Knot DNS benefits from its multi-threaded and mostly lock-free implementation which allows it to scale well on SMP systems and operate non-stop even when adding or removing zones.
The server itself is accompanied by several utilities for general DNS operations or for maintaining the server.

uMap lets you quickly build custom maps with OpenStreetMap’s background layers and integrate them on your own website.

So I’m about to teach you a bunch of tricks for efficiently tunneling whatever you want over seemingly innocuous openings in a customer’s firewall. These tricks will culminate with the most cursed trick of all, which is tunneling inbound SSH connections inside of outbound HTTPS requests. This will grant you full command-line access to your on-premises hosts using the most benign firewall permission that a customer can grant. Moreover, this post is accompanied by a repository named holepunch containing NixOS modules automating this ultimate trick which you can either use directly or consult as a working proof-of-concept for how the trick works.
GoBGP is an open source Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) implementation designed from scratch for modern environment and implemented in a modern programming language, the Go Programming Language.
The VPP Agent is a Go implementation of a control/management plane for VPP based cloud-native Virtual Network Functions (VNFs). The VPP Agent is built on top of CN Infra, a framework for developing cloud-native VNFs (CNFs).
The VPP Agent can be used as-is as a management/control agent for VNFs based on off-the-shelf VPP (e.g. a VPP-based vswitch), or as a framework for developing management agents for VPP-based CNFs. An example of a custom VPP-based CNF is the Contiv-VPP vswitch.
Please note that the content of this repository is currently WORK IN PROGRESS!
This tool reads a configuration file, checks it for syntax and semantic correctness, and then reconciles a running VPP daemon with its configuration. It is meant to be re-entrant and stateless. The tool connects to the VPP API and creates/removes all of the configuration in a minimally intrusive way.
NOTE This code is under development, and probably won't work well until this note is removed. If you're interested in helping, reach out to <pim at ipng dot ch> to discuss options.
